~3 - "Do you think we should give monetary incentives to the KP2 students to motivate them to get better grades?"

First of all, i sympathized with all the KP2 students. I hope the KP2 student will do well in their studies. Based on the title above, we think the KP2 student should get monetary incentives to motivate them. There are many benefits if these students get the incentives.  They can buy books, purchase school supplies or fulfill their feeding.

Based on the incentives  the student received , they can buy  references book in order to learn  more diligently and effectively. The  books  then can be shared with others. This situations can foster group study among the students. Perhaps this method can help them understand more about a certain subject. As a result, the students will have a  confidence in their study. With confidence, all the obstacles and pain will become handy.

The money obtained can also be used to purchase school supplies. Who knows, maybe one of the reason they failed is, their pen ink had finished during the final examination ! (I had experienced this before). This will surely give the students pressure  which is equal to 50 atm...

In addition, with enough money, they can eat and drinks freely without controlling their eating style. In order to control the money spend on the food, the student might switch to maggi instead of rice. Instant food as we all know is not really good for our health.  so, this maggi might also give some bad effects to the student's health. By having enough money, the students can consume a healthy types of food. The result ?? Hmm, the students will have a more stable condition to study and also their stomach is at stable condition also.

But sometimes some students misused the money to enjoy. They would like to get KP because they will get money. Rather than give incentive, the money can be used wisely by using it to held motivation class. This will help student to have confident back and also to help them study. My suggestion is give money and punishment...haha

Thought of The Week 3 - The Man with The Bridge

Its look like the previous riddles is quite easy...lets try this....

In a deep jungle, a treasurer was being chased by a gang of jungle people. He had escaped with 3 solid gold balls that he stole from the gang. The gang wanted to kill him and take the balls back. Suddenly he came to a wooden bridge over a deep ravine. The bridge was 100m long and 300m deep. Next to the bridge there was a notice that said "Maximum weight of this bridge is 92 kg. Strangely enough, there was a scales beside the bridge.

He weighed 80 kg of himself and each of the 3 balls weighed 5 kg. There was no time to leave one ball behind and come back for it later. Yet he managed to cross the bridge safely with all the balls. How come ma.....

If need clues...please don't shy to ask....

Tips to Share With..

Helllooooo guys… Wish you all a happy weekend !! For this week, we would like to share some information that can be useful for all of us.. Below are some of simple steps that can be taken in order to improve condition and lose weight.. Its not that we say you all are overweight…but just face the fact! Hahahaha… MySpace. ~ Just kidding…

Plan your meals.

Hurmm, the first one is plan your meal. You all can use the weekly meal planners in the personal planner, and give preference to chicken, fish, and bean-based dishes.

Eat more often

Believe it or not, actually, the best approach is to eat three moderate-sized meals and two healthy snacks a day.

Eat four servings of fruit a day

A serving of fruit is one piece of whole fruit, 1/2 cup cooked/canned fruit, or 1 cup raw fruit. You can have it either with breakfast or as a snacks.

Switch to whole grains.

Whole grains food such as whole wheat bread, biscuits ( IKO) and brown rice contain fiber, which retarded the increase of blood sugar. In a day, you should have about 3-6 servings per day. Each serving is about one slice of whole wheat bread or just half cup of brown rice.

Calcium-rich foods.

These types of food will help in obtaining weight loss !! a very good news for all of us =). Example of the food are milk, yogurt and cheese. So..hurmm.. you all would probably wondering now ‘ Hey, I have eaten all those before, but it doesn’t work!! Liar akhzan!’ but WAIT, did you all eat in a proper way? The best way is to have 2-3 servings a day. A serving is 1 cup milk or yogurt or 1 1/2 ounces nonprocessed cheese.

Eat beans 3-5 times a week

Beans have the ability to lower cholesterol. It is loaded with soluble fiber.

Focus on "good fats."

Good fats help stabilize blood sugar.

Watch your portion sizes

Remember that a main-dish serving of meat is only the size of a deck of cards whereas pasta & cereal is best if it less than a cup..

So.. come on,give it a try !. and of course you all must exersice too .. =)

Thought of The Week 2 - Stuck Tight

A truck became stuck under a lower bridge. It couldn't move forward or backward without damaging its roof. Then came a little kid suggesting an easy solution. Guest it?

Clues (might be helpful):
  • The bridge and truck are normal.
  • The bridge can't be raised.
  • Not use any special equipment.
